1) During the whole process of use, all people who are in direct contact with UV LED MODULE should take measures to prevent and eliminate static electricity, and do not touch the UV light emitting diode directly with their hands.
2) When welding,UV LED MODULE attention should be paid to the welding time and temperature, and the positive and negative polarities should be distinguished.
3) Electrical parameters such as current and voltage should not exceed the rated values.
For high power weliding using UV LED MODULE the following points should be followed
1) The operation of welding should not exceed the time limit;
2)Make sure that the welding temprature is below 260C degrees at all time.
3)Aviod lens damage during welding.
4) Make sure that the cooling system is working actively, efficeiently and is dissipating heat.
